It’s officially the one-year anniversary of Dispatch, and I can’t help but look back on how I fell in love with this incredible game and became a devotee of its phenomenal fandom.
When I first considered buying Dispatch, I was hesitant and it took me a while to convince myself to make the purchase. Little did I know that taking that leap would lead me to one of the most memorable gaming experiences of my life. Now, with over 179.9 hours played, I can confidently say that I’m nowhere near tired of it.

There’s something special about finding a game that keeps drawing you back, even when you know the story, the twists, and how everything might end. Every playthrough offers something a little different, and no matter how many times I return to the Superhero Dispatch Network, I still find that spark of excitement that made me fall in love with this world in the first place. The characters feel familiar, the choices remain engaging, and with every playthrough, I discover something new that I hadn’t noticed before.
What makes Dispatch so special to me isn’t just the game itself, but the creativity, care, and passion that went into bringing its world and characters to life. The additional content released by AdHoc has given me another way to appreciate their work, allowing me to step behind the scenes and gain a deeper understanding of the craft behind something I already love.

A year later, I’m still here, still playing, still finding new things to appreciate, and still grateful that I took the chance on this game.
Happy first anniversary, Dispatch! Thank you to AdHoc for creating something that has brought me so much enjoyment, and to the fandom for making this journey all the more special. Here’s to many more hours with the SDN and its wonderfully dysfunctional band of heroes.
